There are many great sawmills, some vary in options.
Before making a choice, evaluate what your going to do with it, size, length and type of wood products you are wanting to make, and also the production you think you will start out and grow into.
That will give you a better idea of the features and option you will be looking for.
Then, you will need to determine whether your going to get a new Mill or a used one. A new Mill may be a better way to go, as the manufacturer may be able to work with you on shipping where you would likely pay more for crating and shipping for a used one. If it were me, I would rather put the money into the new one rather than give it to the shipping company.
